The SUNTIP production facility covers 36,000 square meters and is outfitted with 23 advanced production lines. The factory is capable of producing more than 30,000 tons of hot melt adhesive products each year. The highly automated workshop is the result of our constant pursuit for innovation and progress over the past twenty years.

Our hot melt glue pellets manufacturing workshop features PES and PA hot melt adhesive production lines which are controlled by an automatic system. Our control system can adjust the vacuum and temperature of monomers in the reaction kettle to melt and copolymerize monomers in order to produce polymers, and then cool the polymer into pellets using water.

The PA hot melt adhesive technique utilized by SUNTIP originated in an American lab in the 1960's. We have since adopted the technique and made necessary advancements. The composition and proportion of materials play a decisive role in the process of hot melt adhesive and each of the excellent hot melt adhesives we manufacture is the result of many experiments and product testing stages.
