Our hot melt glue pellets manufacturing workshop features PES and PA hot melt adhesive production lines which are controlled by an automatic system. Our control system can adjust the vacuum and temperature of monomers in the reaction kettle to melt and copolymerize monomers in order to produce polymers, and then cool the polymer into pellets using water.

We can change the shape and color of these hot melt glue pellets produced in bulk to make them multi – colored glue strips, sticks, film and so on by further processing.

SUNTIP operates a large polyamide and epoxy curing agent production line and we control the reactions by automatic equipment in order to ensure output and product quality.

In order to ensure the safety and stability of materials, we store them according to use, type and environmental protection grade.

We established an excellent powder and environmental protection system including activated carbon adsorption tower and nitrogen gas generator and so on to provide the powder for our equipment and creating a safe working environment for our staff.
